- Customer gather and upload documents / information

Your application is reviewed by PNM
- PNM reviews application and documents
- PNM request additional information (if required)
- PNM approve application

Design
PNM develops design
- PNM conducts field assessment (if required)
- PNM notifies customer of upfront design fee (if required)
- Customer pays upfront design fee (if required)
- PNM completes design
- PNM generates estimate and contract

Execute
Sign and pay for your application
- Customer signs contract
- Customer pays application fee
- PNM verifies application fee and executes contract

Construct
Project is constructed
- PNM executes construction
- Customer executes construction
- Customer obtains permit approval from electrical authority
- Customer notifies PNM of inspection readiness

Inspect
PNM inspects service
- PNM reviews approved pre-final permit information uploaded by applicant
- PNM inspect work

Connect
The power is turned on
- PNM installs meter
- PNM energizes line

Pay online from your bank account or by credit/debit card (3% fee). You can also pay by check, however, please allow additional time for us to receive and process your payment.
