    • Customer pays upfront design fee (if required)
    • PNM completes design
    • PNM generates estimate and contract

    • Customer signs contract
    • Customer pays application fee
    • PNM verifies application fee and executes contract
    Construct

    • PNM executes construction

    • Customer obtains permit approval from electrical authority
    • Customer notifies PNM of inspection readiness

    • PNM reviews approved pre-final permit information uploaded by applicant

    Pay online from your bank account or by credit/debit card (3% fee). You can also pay by check, however, please allow additional time for us to receive and process your payment.
