If someone in the household relies on electric medical equipment, PNM's LifeWatch program can assist. This program tracks customers who need electricity for medical reasons and provides power outage and payment reminder alerts via automated calls, texts, or emails.

LifeWatch program does not guarantee you will always have electricity, nor does it prioritize restoring your power faster than other customers during an outage or prevent interrupting your electric service due to nonpayment.

Please have a backup plan and an emergency preparedness kit in case of an outage or emergency.
