Hundreds of employees volunteered for the 11th annual Day of Service

Day of Service 20204

On September 12, 2024 more than 500 employees volunteered for the 11th annual PNM Day of Service. PNM employees spent the day giving back to the community by participating in our annual Day of Service event. This annual event is one of the many ways for our employees volunteers to serve local nonprofits with much needed hands-on help to support their organizations missions.

"Our employees are committed to giving back to the community where they live, work and play," said Pat Vincent-Collawn, PNM's Chairman and CEO. "Service is foundational to PNMs longstanding culture and commitment to our beautiful and diverse communities. Our annual Day of Service is one way we demonstrate that commitment to our customers statewide."

In 2023, PNM employees in New Mexico dedicated thousands of hours to volunteering and community service projects.

  • Keeping the Lights On Through Difficult Times

The impact of the coronavirus on our lives continues to change with each passing day. At PNM, we provided $2 million in shareholder dollars to help customers with bill assistance. We also partnered with HELP NEW MEXICO, Inc to secure an additional $2 million of CARES Act funding to help residential customers pay down electric bills.
