Tribal Land Projects

For Solar projects on tribal land, the PNM Statement of Fact (SoF) affidavit is required to be filled out completely and signed by the licensed electrician responsible for the work. Since the electrician is completing work on tribal sovereign land, the SoF affidavit is completed in lieu of a permit. PNM will conduct an inspection prior to finalizing interconnection.

Please download and complete the Statement of Fact affidavit form. The SoF affidavit can be emailed to SolarPV@pnmresources.com. NOTE: The form must be submitted with a copy of the installer's Driver's License and New Mexico Electrical Journeyman's license.
