PNM At Work In Your Community

PNM has been a proud member of the New Mexico community since 1917. That's why we're committed to giving back in ways that promote a strong, resilient community. Through funding from PNM shareholders, employees, customers and our company, we donate to programs that support education, economic development and the environment. As the state's largest investor-owned energy provider, we embrace the opportunity to be actively involved in the communities we serve.

  • Keeping the Lights On Through Difficult Times

The impact of the coronavirus on our lives continues to change with each passing day. At PNM, we provided $2 million in shareholder dollars to help customers with bill assistance. We also partnered with HELP NEW MEXICO, Inc to secure an additional $2 million of CARES Act funding to help residential customers pay down electric bills.

  • How We Give Back

PNM is committed be being an active community partner. Each year, in partnership with PNM Resources Foundation, we assist New Mexico communities by supporting non-profit organizations. Since its inception in 1983, the non-profit PNM Fund has invested in the communities we serve by offering a variety of grants in the community.

  • The PNM Good Neighbor Fund

Through the Good Neighbor Fund, PNM customers who are facing a financial emergency and are income-eligible can receive a grant to help pay part or all of a past-due electric bill. PNM shareholders match customer contributions to help customers in need. If you are able, please consider making a one-time or ongoing contribution.
