PNM payment centers have new hours: walk-in payment centers are open two days per week starting September 17, 2012.

Online or over the phone

  1. Pay online from your checking, savings or money market account (Free).
  2. Pay online with a credit, debit or ATM card ($2.95 fee).
  3. Make a one-time payment over the phone by calling 888-342-5766 (888-DIAL-PNM) ($2.95 fee).
    • Pay by credit card, debit or ATM card, or electronic check.
    • Convenience fee of $2.95 is charged by Western Union Speedpay, the authorized payment processor for this service. Why is there a fee?

Automatic withdrawals

Set up Automatic Payment to have your payments automatically deducted from your savings or checking account.

Use the online bill pay services at your bank or credit union to pay your PNM bill.

In person at Western Union or Wells Fargo

Pay your electric bill at Western Union or drop your payment off at a Wells Fargo branch.
