Resolves phone and written (i.e. chat, email) inquiries in an efficient, effective, professional, and courteous manner for customers and internal associates, which include challenging interactions.

2 years of customer service experience (call center experience preferred)

$16.50-$18.00 per hour ($1.00 per hour bilingual in Spanish differential)

$1,000 sign-on bonus

Opportunity to work from home after 4 months

High school diploma or GED Required
