Community Assistance Events: Supporting Our Neighbors in Need
At PNM, we are committed to helping our community thrive. We host several on-site bill assistance events throughout the year to provide customers with easy access to the PNM Good Neighbor Fund (GNF) and other assistance programs. These events are part of our ongoing mission to support income-qualified customers, including seniors, families, and individuals facing hardships.
What to Expect at Our Events
At these events, you can:
- Learn about the PNM Good Neighbor Fund and how it can help eligible customers with their electric bills.
- Explore energy efficiency programs designed to help customers reduce their energy usage and lower their monthly bills.
- Discover other income-qualified programs aimed at improving financial stability.
Our knowledgeable team and community partners will be on-site to answer your questions, review your eligibility, and assist you with completing applications.
Prepare Before You Attend
To make the most of your visit, please review the PNM Good Neighbor Fund qualifications and bring the following documents with you:
- Proof of participation in LIHEAP or SNAP (current year).
- Your most recent PNM bill showing a past-due balance or disconnect notice (not required for seniors).
- A valid photo ID that matches the name on your PNM account
