Pat Vincent-Collawn
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Pat Vincent-Collawn is Chair and CEO of PNM Resources, the parent company for of PNM in New Mexico and TNMP in Texas.

Vincent-Collawn joined PNM Resources in 2007, as Utilities President. In 2008, she was named President and Chief Operating Officer, and in March 2010 became President and CEO of PNM Resources. The Board elected her Chairman in January 2012.

Prior to PNM Resources, Vincent-Collawn was at Xcel Energy where she was President and CEO of Public Service Company of Colorado. Previous to that, as Xcel's President of Customer and Field Operations, she oversaw transmission and distribution operations as well as customer service across 10 states. Vincent-Collawn also held management positions with Arizona Public Service, and outside the energy industry with Price Waterhouse and Quaker Oats.

On a national level, Vincent-Collawn is past Chair of EPRI (Electric Power Research Institute) and past Chair of the Edison Electric Institute, the trade association that represents more than two hundred US investor-owned electric companies, as well as more than 60 international electricity providers.

Vincent-Collawn serves on the boards of NEIL (Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited), Equitrans Midstream Corp. (NYSE: ETRN), and Cheniere Energy, Inc. She is a former member of the Economic Advisory Council for the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.

Vincent-Collawn was appointed Chair of the New Mexico Partnership by Governor Susana Martinez in 2015. She is past Chair of the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce, and past Chair of both the United Way of Central New Mexico and the Kirtland Partnership Committee.

She holds a bachelor's degree in journalism (magna cum laude) from Drake University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Don Tarry
President and Chief Operating Officer

Don Tarry is President and Chief Operating Officer for PNM Resources, the parent company of PNM and TNMP. With more than 25 years of experience in the utility industry, Don oversees Utility Operations, Environmental Services, Human Resources and Chief Information Officer functions. Don Tarry joined PNM in 1996 and has previously served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, Controller and Treasurer and the Vice President, Customer Service and Chief Information Officer

Patrick Apodaca
Senior Vice President, General Counsel

Patrick Apodaca is Senior Vice President and General Counsel. He joined PNM in January 2010. Patrick has responsibility for assuring the provision of high quality, efficient and effective legal services to all areas of the company. Patrick previously served as University Counsel for the University of New Mexico. He also served as Independent Counsel to the City of Albuquerque and Associate Counsel to the President in the White House from 1977-1981.

Lisa Eden
Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Lisa Eden is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. With more than 20 years of experience in the utility industry, Lisa oversees the Treasury, Investor Relations, Corporate Financial Planning, Controller, Budgeting, Tax and Corporate Auditing functions. Lisa joined PNM in 2001 and has previously served as the Vice President and Treasurer role, along with Vice President and Chief Information Officer and Vice President, Human Resources. She began her career in finance with Hanseatic Group, Inc. after completing her Master of Business Administration degree from the University of New Mexico in 1992.

Mike Mertz
Senior Vice President, PNM Operations

Mike Mertz is Senior Vice President, PNM Operations. He joined PNM in 2010 and has previously served as the Vice President and Treasurer for PNM Resources and Vice President and Chief Information Officer.

Sabrina Greinel
Vice President, Treasurer

Sabrina Greinel is Vice President and Treasurer for PNM Resources, the parent company of PNM and TNMP. She joined the company in 2007. Sabrina oversees the company¿s financing activities, including interactions with credit rating agencies and the management of financial institution relationships for PNM Resources. She also oversees multiple risk management functions, including enterprise risk management and insurance, and the management of the company¿s corporate trusts.

Vice President, Chief Information Officer

Sheila Mendez is Vice President and Chief Information Officer. With more than 33 years of experience in technology and 25 years in the utility industry, Sheila oversees the management and development of all business technology and cyber and physical security for PNM Resources, PNM and TNMP. She is also responsible for federal reliability standards compliance, critical infrastructure protection and crisis management. Sheila joined the company in May 1999.

Robert Bischoff is Vice President and Controller. He joined the company in 2005. With more than 18 years of experience in the utility industry, Robert serves as the Company's principal accounting officer.

Maureen Gannon
Chief Environmental Officer

Maureen has been with PNM for more than 25 years. She is responsible for developing and implementing the PNM sustainable business strategy and is charged with establishing and organizing existing departmental environmental policies, strategies and goals. Through her role, she will oversee the continuation and implementation of future programs that promote sustainability and ensure compliance with regulations and the overall execution of the company's aggressive environmental objectives.

Henry E. Monroy
Vice President, Regulatory

Henry oversees corporate regulatory and pricing. He joined the company in 2003 and has more than 17 years of experience in the utility industry.

Julie Rowey
Vice President and Chief Customer Officer

Julie is responsible for the PNM customer experience, which includes community outreach, corporate communications, customer programs, marketing, and research. Julie drives the company's continuous focus on the customer by enhancing customers' experience at every touchpoint in person or digitally through technology.

Becky Teague
Vice President, Human Resources

Becky Teague is Vice President, Human. With more than 30 years of experience in the utility industry, Becky is responsible for overseeing human resource strategy for the organization through employee and labor relations, compensation, benefits, workforce development and safety. She joined PNM in 1988 after completing her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of New Mexico.
