    Receive outage alerts, payment reminders or Budget Billing notifications via text message, email, or automated phone call.

    Outage Alerts

    We will let you know when a power outage is affecting your home or business, when power is expected to be restored, and when power is restored.

    Payment Reminders

    Get a reminder two business days before your PNM bill is due. 

    Budget Billing Notifications

    If you are a Budget Billing customer, we will let you know if you are running over or under your Budget Billing balance.
