This service keeps a record of customers who need electricity for medical reasons and provides power outage alerts and notifications. Knowing about medical needs can make it easier for us to communicate with you.

LifeWatch does not guarantee you will always have electricity, nor does it prioritize restoring your power faster than other customers during an outage or prevent the interruption of your electric service due to nonpayment.

Please have a backup plan and an emergency preparedness kit in case of an outage or emergency.
