Community Assistance Events

Get Help Paying Your Electric Bill at On-Site PNM Bill Assistance Events

PNM conducts outreach and bill assistance events every year to help its customers easily access the PNM Good Neighbor Fund and other assistance programs. At these events, customers can learn about our residential, income-qualified programs, including the PNM Good Neighbor Fund, which can assist eligible customers who are facing difficulties in paying their electric bills.

If you need help with your bill and plan to attend one of our events, please review the Good Neighbor Fund qualifications and ensure that you bring all the required documents with you. This will help determine if you are eligible to receive a financial assistance grant with your bill.
