The PNM Good Neighbor Fund is an emergency fund that helps low-income customers in our service area with energy assistance when they are at risk of being disconnected once per calendar year.

PNM offers a payment extension, which extends your due date by giving you additional time to bring your account current. If you have an overdue amount, you can request a payment extension, when you login to your account.

The Time-of-Day program provides a pricing plan based on the time of day, season, and day type. During peak hours, electricity rates are higher, while off-peak hours have lower rates. By shifting your energy use to off-peak times, you can reduce your bills

 

LIHEAP

LIHEAP

The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) offers New Mexico residents an annual payment to assist with electric and heating bills. The current program is open for applications, and it's essential to apply to receive financial assistance from PNM.
