2015 Community Poll Results
In August 2015, PNM commissioned Albuquerque-based Research and Polling to survey customers around the state on a variety of topics to gain a better understanding of the things that are important to them in relation to the service we provide. This research confirmed what we had long believed - that the majority of our customers put a high value on reliability. In fact, it is their single most important expectation from an electric utility.
The full results of this study are included below. Because we are always looking for ways to preserve natural resources, we are providing easy access to all of these reports via the links below. We encourage you to view them online instead of printing as well.
Statewide report - includes the full results for the entire service area
Northern NM report - includes results from customers in Clayton and Las Vegas
Southeastern report - includes results from customers in Alamogordo, Tularosa, Ruidoso and Ruidoso Down
Southwestern report - includes results from customers in Silver City, Bayard, Deming, Lordsburg, Santa Clara, Gila, Hurley and Cliff
