Customer Notice

The customer notice is required by the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission ("NMPRC").

The purpose of this document is to provide you with notice of PNM's Application requesting NMPRC approval of a purchased power agreement and an energy storage agreement pursuant to 17.9.551 NMAC..

The notice describes the NMPRC process to consider this request, and how you can participate if you choose to do so.
