The first automatic payment

• Automatic payment of your PNM bill starts after you receive your first PNM E-Bill e-mail.
  • Pay any amount due ("Total amount due" on your most recent utility bill) by your normal payment method to keep your account current.
  • PNM E-Bill will be e-mailed to you approximately 17 business days before your bill is due.
  • The due date on your PNM bill will not change.
